A treadmill is a stationary exercise machine that a user walks or runs on. It has a flat platform with a wide conveyer belt. Treadmills come in both manual and electric forms.
There are a variety of treadmills and the best choice depends on the purpose of the machine. The machines are designed for either commercial purpose only, domestic purpose only or both commercialand domestic purposes.
